Moose

This was quite a challenge...just so you know, crochet antlers are not very easy and after all that I hated them...so felt it was!  Now I'm content.

Go Huskers!

This one is for my kiddos for Christmas, because we love all things to do with the Huskers in this home. After showing my hubby these I may be making one more...in a larger size.  Once again, I love the lining.  I bought these fleece hats on clearance last winter and they fit in so nice and add extra warmth and softness.

Purple Baby Bundle

I have made several of these and I haven't posted them all but this one was so cute just had to share, I love the baby bundles.

Shell Stitch Baby Girl Hat

I needed a gift for a young lady in our church that just had a baby girl.  This hat is simple, soft and sweet and I love the lining inside.  I had a friend who showed me this trick--just buy a thin baby hat, turn it inside out and stitch it in and it makes it the hat extra warm and soft for baby.

Lion & Lamb

My sister-in-law is having twins--a boy and a girl!!! We are all so excited for them.  I thought it would be fun to do a lion and lamb for their baby gift.  They turned out cute...though I think the lamb needs some bows on it.  What do you think?  They are super soft little hats and I love them.

Here comes Susie Snowflake :)

To celebrate fall weather I finally decided to stiffen a bunch of snowflakes that I crocheted last winter.  My mother in law has a bunch on her tree and I LOVE them,  so I had to try them out.  (Note: she made hers by tatting which is awesome).

Anyway just had to share one all ready for our Christmas tree in a couple months.

Go Aggies!

Well, I am still trying to pace myself because too much crochet leads to wrist pain really fast when your pregnant...which I am.  However, I have enough to do for gifts and personal projects that I stay busy anyway.  So I have been feeling in the mood to blog lately and here are a few projects that I've been working on.  My sister and family are loving on Texas A&M as they have just moved to Texas and her husband is now a grad student for the Aggies.  She is expecting a baby this winter as well so baby needed some Maroon & White.  I made my sister a headband with 10 size thread that is really fun and festive as well.  "Gig 'em Aggies" :)
